I have been with the interest of the masters of meditation for a while now. Not much information is really not readily available, as most are hidden away in the mountains of their countries and do not wish to be filmed.
I lucked out and found the following video of a Qi Master. It is all available for us but it takes many years to reach the Master level. This Master of Qi impressed me well.
The mind and visualization techniques of these masters of meditation are profound, yet we all have the same capabilities. Now, just to learn to tap into this...
