if your new and are not sure on how to ground yourself this is how .
as you sit in your chair close your eyes and breath in through your nose and out from your mouth .
listen to your heart beat .
as you breath you will find the more you listen your breathing will slow down .
at this point you should now feel like your sinking back into your chair .
your relaxing more and more .
i want you now to imagine the earths core a big ball of white light notice how beautiful the light is .
i ask you now to imagine roots all around the white light as there moving and growing around the light.
the root starts to travel up through the rocks .through sand .through the cavities . through streams of underground water right up until it reaches the earth beneath your feet .
you are still breathing in through your nose and out from your mouth.
as your breathing in you feel the root coming up both feet starting with your toes now your ankles.
now breath out .
as you breath in through your nose imagine the root traveling up your legs to your knees moving up to your top of your legs .
breath out through your mouth .
as you breath in again through your nose.
the roots now traveling up to your stomach traveling up to your abdomen.
breath out through your mouth.
as you breath in again through your nose the root travels to your shoulders traveling to your elbows .
breath out through your mouth.
as you breath in again through your nose the root travels to your hands to your finger tips .
breath out through your mouth .
as you breath in through your nose again the root travels back up your arm to your shoulders to your neck .
breath out through your mouth .
as you breath in again through your nose the root travels up to the top of your head sprouting leafs as it grows in to a lovely tree that goes way up in the sky .
breath out through your mouth .
as you breath in through your nose the root travels back down your body through your head then your chest then your top of the legs .
breath out from your mouth .
as you breath in through your nose the root travels to your knees to your ankles back into the earth traveling to the core from where it started .
breath out from your mouth .
now you are grounded . i would practice this twice a day unless you feel that you need to ground more .
the next thing comes along side the grounding its protection this is real impotent for you to master both of these as its the basics to learn .
protection
imagine the core of the earth with the roots around that your connected to .
now imagine a white light traveling up these roots .
the white light is growing in size as it reaches closer to you ask god to place the white light around you for protection .
as the white light reaches the bottom of your feet it is twice the size of you do not panic your in no harm .
now i want you to imagine the bubble of white light right in front of you walk in to it .
just no that while you are in your bubble no harm can come to you even in the real world people can say what they like to you but it don't matter nothing can get to you no negativity will effect you now .
i cant emphasize how important this is before you meditate
do this as a ritual just like you would brushing your teeth in the morning and evening and every time before you meditate
may the angels surround you in white light and protect you from now to the next life .
