The Police in New York, for the third time, arrested a man for selling condoms with the image of American President Obama. It is not due to the image that he keeps getting arrested for, but it is because he doesn't have a peddler's license.
He is allowed to do this under the First Amendment, which is the freedom of free speech. His right to do this was upheld in a court of law, but he just won't spring for a vending license, which is why he keeps getting arrested.
The gentleman in question with this product says, "It's the ultimate stimulus package for hard times."
