Meditation.
When I used to hear the words meditation I used to picture a bold man with orange outfit on, sat crossed legs saying “om”. I was so surprised when I started to look at what meditationreallyy was that I decided to try it as it seemed so easy to do as there was lots of different waysdescribedd on theInternett I started to get excited thinking this must be easy . I was well wrong even with all the different meditations out there I found it very difficult to quieten my mind and the breathing was hard (as I have asthma) and the ways they described was notreallyy suiting me, So I started to experiment mix and match different styles together.
Sitting down to meditate was hard as I am one of those people who has to be doing something, So with that in mind I tried dance meditation I put music on and just let the music enter me I danced letting my body move the way itwantedd to to the music …. wow that was def a experience I found that this started to calm my mind I started to feel so relaxed . So after a while of enjoying dance meditations I decided to try other ways still the sitting still was to hard for me so I decided to try meditating while doing house work I thought hey that would be cool if I could save time, so while I was hoovering I just listened to the sound of the hoover and pushed and pulled the hoover to the sound and let myself drift in tonoisyy butpeacefulnesss mind, That was different again Icouldn'tt believe you could get the same relaxed feeling after hoovering. So the experiments was paying off as now my mind would stay silent when Iwantedd it to and I felt so relaxed as a person I even felt that I couldachievee anything it gave me a brilliant boost.
Soon I started to wonder how else one could meditate soon I found pictures can be used to meditate on, these pictures are called mandala's, They can also be used for healing searching your path clearingUrr path and to take you deeper.Bin naryy waves a sort of different sounds that are supposed to work with yourbody'ss chakra'setct tohelpp you in meditation.
Singing bowl can be used to help turn in the chakras while meditating.
Drum beat can help deepen a meditation.
Candle which can help with learning to use your third eye (you lite a candle and stare at it then close your eyes the flame and candle should still be present for a while, once gone you can repeat again.)
Walk meditation, this is where you go for a walk great place to do this is park's or woods, all you need to do it just walk concentrating on each step as you take it.
There is many more ways to meditate eg during work , shopping, writing (if your a writer) drawing , Its unlimited so please enjoy your self as you experiment and find your way.
