Clearing your chakra’s before meditation
Begin by laying or sitting in a quiet comfortable place. Relax and close your eyes. Take a deep breath in to the count of 5 hold it to the count of 5 then release it to the count of 5. Do this 5 times, feeling the air feeling your lungs, the oxygen moving through your blood and feeding your whole body.
Imagine a glowing light coming up from the earth and surrounding you in its warm healing energy.
Now wiggle your toes and feel them begin to tingle with a warm healthy glow, see the glow grow brighter as health moved through the soles of your feet, relaxing the muscles and joints. The glow begins to move up your calves, relaxing the muscles as it moves further up to your knee’s warm and tingling like gentle hands massaging the joints and muscles.
The oxygen is moving through your blood feeding the skin and leaving pure health and relaxation behind.
The warming light moves up over your thighs massaging and relaxing, healing the aches and pains, removing all negativity.
The warm light moves to your lower hips and brings a sense of warmth and healing as it moves and flushes all negativity away.
