Is this a woman walking through a spirit?

The lady doesn't seem to notice anyone standing there and appears to walk right through a man.This could happen all the time.people are so busy rushing around if they did sense anything more than likely they would just brush it off and carry on with the day.
Its a great find by the poster of the video.What are your thoughts on the video?
