This is one of the places I'd love to visit to see this amazing phenomena.
The lights have been around since the Earth formed an atmosphere, the Dinosaurs saw them, early humans saw them and our descendants will also see them wow!!

I did not know Aurora-Borealis could be seen in Scotland during late Autum and cold,clear winter nights,I will have to plan a trip up there one day.

Truly one of Mother Natures most beautiful displays, i would love to see them for myself one day, and like you Suzy i had no idea about the one's in Scotland until i saw a post on fb a couple of weeks ago, amazing whats on you doorstep and you have no idea about, i thought it was just milk.... hahaha
