Crystal Cave Guided Meditation
Take a couple of breaths to relax and tune into your breathing.
Ground and protect yourself in your usual way.
Look to your left,
there is a sandy path leading towards a white staircase.
An angel waits at the top of this white staircase ready to join you upon your journey.
She holds a basket out to you for you to put your worries and burdens in.
When you are ready, slowly but surely make your way down the staircase.
First step, you are feeling relaxed.
Second step, your awareness is opening,
Imagine a lotus flower boldly stretching its petals.
As you descend to the third, fourth and fifth steps,
the sounds of water rippling reach your ears.
On the six, seventh and eighth steps
become more aware of your surroundings.
Walk down the rest of the steps,
and notice the staircase leads onto a cobbled path.
Walk along this cobbled path which leads you to a gate.
Open the gate and find yourself in a walled garden.
The atmosphere is calming and tranquil.
Underfoot, the grass is dewy, lush
with mother earth's healing energy.
Feel the energy, see the colourful new shoots
sprouting up amid the old bracken, the wild heather,
which seems to have found its way in.
Walk further around the garden. Sooner or later,
you'll come to a secret doorway hidden beneath the over grown ivy.
Push it open, entering quietly.
You find yourself in a deep wooded area,
where rabbits scuttle away from the cunning foxes.
In front of you is a waterfall, complete with a lake.
Listen as the sounds of the water as
It cascades over the rocks, pouring into the pool below.
Make your way around to the waterfall's veil
and step just behind onto the ledge
where you can see a passageway lit with candlelight.
Shadows dance behind the candlelight flames,
revealing old artworks coloured by our ancestors.
Continue further into the passageway.
make note of the crystals that are embedded in the cave's walls.
Two spring pools, one hot and one warm can be found opposite the ledge.
Sit on this ledge and allow yourself to heal with the energy from the crystals.
Thank them for the healing after you feel stronger.
When you feel finished and are ready to return.
Walk back up the passageway,
make your way around the waterfall,
back through the doorway and into the garden.
Walk back through the gate and find yourself back in your room.
Center your thoughts and take a couple of sips of water.
