I have sooooooo many that pull from me and Im a empath as well : ( Ive been told Im some very powerful HP ( born not teached ) Then why is all this so hard ? I feel everything ! Ahhhhh I see things that have come true , I sence when death is coming .. ( my own mom is close  ) Ive got a strong bond with animals here and spirit . Ive talked to the newly passed . But my worst is I work in a store and people Always have to touch me . I feel like a sponge that was once full of water but now it feels as if all the waters being pulled from me . Ive been told by many I have to do this on my own ..... I cant Im sorry .. I need help and a hug ( well many hugs and maybe alittle more help lol ) Can anyone here please help me wit any of this ? |

Just keep grounded and protected and trust in your own feelings i wish things was that easy as i would love to come more forward on my path when i wasnt ready i had lots now i know im ready i get less
Things will all sort themselfs out for you in time .
We are always here if you need our guidence as things happen if you want to talk through things to make sence of things

Ok so Im working on it all . The empathy feels stronger (not sure why ? but im grounding an sheilding more and stronger ) Ive got a friend who lives in Pa and I help her stay safe from a stalker . : ( every morning and afternoon when she has to get her little girl off the bus Im with her so to speak . She's a wonderful friend and has such gifts ... but with all that going on she doesnt see then . So till she able again Im by her side : ) Helping her isnt hard or draining on me .. makes me proud cause I can help her . Last night I had 2 very weird things happen ... 1) I had a fight with my longest best friend in the hole world : ( My heart says its time to not lean on him so . He's gonna fall hard in a bit . But its hard for me to sit still . I have to cause its his leason to learn . 2) A lady came in to the store I work in and used my name (but last night i forgot my nametag ) Ive never seen her before . She shook my hand and pulled in to her and hugged me . She was all smiles and said yup just like a breath of freash air . after she left I was soooo tired . After work I got home went straight to bed . Slept all night and almost missing my friends trip to the bus . I had to work hard to get out of that half sleep half awake feeling . what do I do and what the ... happened ? help please

Hi Autumn Wolf, I think you were visited by an Angel whilst you were at work. You needed the hug and some energy given back to you and that is what She was doing. Bless you for being such an amazing friend to your friend with the stalker, you are doing the world of good. Bless you xxx

Well like AG said, keep ur self grounded and put a pink light around you for protection, you can still help ppl with the pink light and still be protected and not as shielded as with the white light, but if ur feeling too overwhelmed, then use the white light. You can shield ur self ever day, you don't have to feel everything that ppl give off, it is draining, that is probably why you slept when that woman gave u a hug, u needed it. You don't have to close off everything, just what u want. Ask the angels to help you by surrounding u in light. Big hugs sent ur way. :-)
