hi i am new to your forum and thought it may help me i have been very down and feel like i fail at most things i do ..... i have always been the strong one in my family but now i let everything get me down and just want to be on my own but i cant as i have to work and don't like to go sick from work .... i really feel that i cant cope with the pressure my work puts on me and I'm crying most days and having panic attacks that terrify me i feel so frustrated that my bosses don't listen to be and puts more pressure on me i feel sometime i cant take anymore i am on medication for depression and panic attacks and i always vowed i would never take these type of tablets when i lost my parents and i suffered a miscarriage all in 4 months many years ago ... i just wish i could be happy and content with life but i don't I'm sorry for the moan

Hi Suedaisy I am so sorry to read that your having a hard time at the moment, but i can empathise with you as I have had depression before and also panic attacks and unless people have been through the same thing they find it very hard to realise how terrible it can make you feel. Remember though that this is something that can be made right and if you have to take medication for a short while dont feel bad about it because depression is a chemical imbalance and sometimes you need medication the level that balance again.
It sounds like you are really struggling at work. Can you not maybe take a week off I am sure if you go and talk to your doctor he/she will understand and maybe sign you off work for a week or two because you cant work when you are struggling to just keep going each day.
Sometimes meditation and relaxation can help a lot If you would like I have some short guided meditations I am happy to email you in an mp3 just put some headphones on and listen to my voice i will guide you through the process of grounding and centering, if you do this each day it will help you feel stronger and more able to cope with small upsets in everyday life.

Hello my Friend Welcome to spiritspathway .
To start with just start by taking things day by day take things in pigeon steps life's not easy but it does get better before you can sort out your daily life i would say that you need to look deeper in you there are things which you hold inside that only cause you pain . But did you know that the past is the past and its what you do in the future now that counts . The reason why I'm saying this is because the past has no conflict with your future . Only you hold on to this pain or memory's which stop you from moving forward and living your life in the now .
Its time to let things go my Friend it serves you no purpose the real you which you knew as a child is still there shes just hidden away behind this new you .
let things go my Friend i know its hard but until you do you will not be able to move forward with your life .
If you need a chat to rant or rave to get things off your chest we are all here .
your new life is waiting for you to start only you can take a leap of faith and move forward .
Let the past go and live in the present .
one day soon you will come back to me and say you was right as i know i am .
last thing if you have tried lots of things and failed there's only one reason why !!!!!!!!!! .
Its because it wasn't meant for you keep trying you will feel whats right for you don't stop at the first hurdle try & try again until you succeed .
