The Essance Of Magick:


Magick is the title we give to an energy that we do not fully understand.

I do not know how many times i have asked even the most experienced pagan, just what is magic, and they could not answer me. How is it we use something like this on a daily basis and have little or no understanding of what it is we are using?

To me this is the greatest folly and the most irresponsible undertaking of any person no mater the experience they have. To not know what it is you are using is an act of recklessness and is not but dabbling. The following is my understanding of what Magick is.

Oft times we hear of people talking about the energy of the elements, and of spirit, but the energy of magick is that and more. Magick is an energy, it permiates all things in creation both seen and unseen.

Because of this, we often see things, that seem not real, or unnatural.
It is also everywhere and every when, because of this we can see the past present and future, and places both close and far, and sometimes we can even see other realms of existence.

Because it permeates all things in creation, we can draw upon it and use it. It can effect all things, including us. It is this reason we must gain knowledge into what this energy is.

It is because of these reasons i "KNOW" this energy is perhaps the most powerful and fundamental energy in the multiverse.

This energy gives us the power to create and destroy.

Man what an awesome responsibility. With it we can create change within anything we desire, but should only be used to create change within ourselves. For is that not why we started on our path to begin with?

For to create change within ourselves, since this energy is in all things, also creates change within the universe.


Think of it this way. Say we are a pebble, and the universe is a pond, We cast ourselves into the universe, and what happens. Ripples of energy come from us and our contact with the universe. This is what happens when we are born. These ripples flow outward farther and farther into the universe influencing all they come in contact with.

Eventually over time, these ripples traverse the entire pond, or universe. During the time we are alive, we continually create ripples
because we now have an energy that is in constant motion, even when we are resting.

Now these ripples interact with many other ripples so they influence others as others influence us. Some of these ripples interfere with our own, these are the bad times in our lives. Yet again some ripples flow with our own and they both grow in strength. These are the positive influences in our lives.

Yet even the diminished ripples affect others for they continue outwards. They interact with other ripples, and sooner or later they to will find a ripple that will flow with it. And once again it will grow in strength.

So nothing in life, no mater how bad it may seem at the time, is ever bad. For we learn lessons from this happening, and then we also learn from others that have experience the same thing, and over come.

In learning these lessons, our own energy becomes stronger, so our ripples in the universe become stronger and less likely to be altered by the negatives that happen in our lives.

Now answer me this, is that not the greatest magick to behold?
Sure there are spells and ritual and what not out there, but they pale in comparison to the magic to change ourselves in such a way as to affect all those that come in contact with our energy.

Love is the key, love of self and of all things.

You may not love the things people do to each other or to you, but the person always deserves unconditional love, for not to do so is to not love yourself. For this person is a part of you and you of them. And if you do not love your self then your ripples are lessened across the universe.

The only person that can allow you to love yourself is yourself, and to allow this to happen is perhaps the greatest of magick any one of us can preform.

All magick begins with self, and our understanding of the basis for it comes from a greater understanding of ourselves, and our connection to all things.

If we do not understand the essence of it then how can we effectively use it. To use magick to create balance within ourselves, then our ripples in the universe become that much stronger. And less likely to be influenced by the bad times in our lives.

So we become stronger in our presence in the universe, and our energy becomes stronger, This is the true essence of magic.
Magick is in us, it is us, it is inseparable from us and us from it.

It is the essence of the creator of all things, it is love unbridled, love without consequence. It is pure.

It is there for those who wish to understand it, and even for those that do not,

It is our birthright. It is a gift from the creator of all things, whom is waiting for us to discover it once again.

Albert Einstein bought to the world the understanding that the three dimentions of space from which the manifestations of the cosmos are composed, which includes your own human body . Along with the flow from one perceived moment to another , being time, actually are one and the same thing. All perceived moments of time are actually locations within the fabric of the space time continuum and each of these moments exist simultaneously to the others.

What you perceive as your physical self is literally a wave like portion of the energy within the space time continuum. As this energy wave that makes up your body, flow across the fabric of space time, you perceive and connect this flow of your energy as the passing of time itself. The energy of yourself, your body, is an interconnected portion of the space time fabric itself. You are not seperate from the fabric of space time, but rather, you are a portion of the condensed energy that maks up the fabric of space time. Your true nature can be compared to an anology of a thread of a highly woven blanket. This thread flows from one end of the portion of the blanket to another. Each seperate weave of the thread of the blanket might perceive itself as a seperate entity from all the other weaves, unaware of its higher nature, as the thread that connects itself streatches from one portion of the blanket to the other. Although this analogy of the blanket of space time fabric composed of millions of woven threads of energy strands may serve to illustrate your connection within the fabric of space time, it should also be understood that the fabric of space time itself is a continuum, with a point of singularity from which all the threads of energy emerge and return in one infernate flow. This point of singularity is what physicists and cosmologists often refer to as the 'Big Bang'. It is also what Mystics throughout all the ages refer to as the 'Alpha and Omega'..The begining and the end, for it both is the begining and the end of the Universe itself.

It is the portion of space time where all of the woven energy strands merge so tightly that they literally meld into one infinitesimal unified point. From this point of extremely condenced energy emerges all seperate energy threads once again. When these newly formed threads emerge from this condenced melded energy point once more a new fabric of space time is formed, a new 'Big Bang' occurs, forming a new universe with threads of energy that will once again flow outwards and expand to the point of singularity and the cycle is repeated. There is no end to this continuum, it is infinate, thus the infinate may seem like a paradox for the Universe is both finite and infinite in its nature. The portion of the space time continuum where all energy is once again melded into an infinitesimal point of singularity is a state of both perfection and caos combined. It is a sublime paradox.

This point of singularity within the space time continuum is a state of perfection because all matter and energy that comprises the universe is in a melded state of undifferentiation. It is literally one thing, a unified essence without seperation. This point of singularity is also pure caos because in this unified state all the laws of known physics as we have come to know them such as the strong, the weak force, electro magnetism and gravity no longer apply, everything breaks down, every law of physics. From this unified singularity, as energy once again expands and condenses into another big bang new laws of physics may be created depending upon how the new universe forms as energy once again differentiates.

No two universes are exactly the same, the laws that apply to the expansion of one universe, may not apply to other universes that have emerged from the singularity. Each new universe is unique in its creation,in its structure, in its composition and in its laws. Because the point of singularity, where new universes emerge, as all energy expands and condenses, is an actual location within the space time continuum, any particular individualised universe may appear from its own perspective to have a finite begining and an end...a BIg Bang and also a Big Crunch at the point of the singularity, but in the absolute sense there is no begining and end.

New Univeses are flowing continually in an infinate cycle from the point of singularity, with each new universe unaware of the infinate others that permiate its fabric and in many ways these other universes occupy the same space and the same time as all the other universes within the continuum. Each universe permiates the infinate others within the continuum simultaneously, yet each universe is unique. Each universe is only aware of energy within the fabric of space tme that is governed by the same laws. Each new universe is equivalent to what strength there is and physicists refer to as 'BRANES'. With strings of energy connected to each brane or the unique fabric of space time within each individual universe. Because the strings of energy are only aware of other strings that are attached to the same brane, because these strings are in harmony with the same vibrational laws of physics, each universe inter penetrates the others but yet remains unaware of the others that penetrate the fabric.

Again each brane that flows out from the singularity of the space time continuum can be equivelent to a new universe, and these new universes or branes inter penetrate the fabric of all others, but are only aware of those universes or branes that have strings attached to them which use the same laws of physics by which each brane is governed. Hyperthetically, if it were possible to shift your awareness to and consciousness outside of he space time continuum seperate universes within the continuum would not appear finite or seperate from each other at all. The continuum would appear as a continuum of undifferentiated flows of energy returning and simultaneously emergying from the point of singularity within the continuum. It would be obvious from that perspective of outside of the continuum of space time that as energy flows out of the singularity it is continuously restructuring itself forming endless branes or endless universes simultaneously. The past, present and future of each universe would be seen as one whole with the point of the Big Crunch and the Big Bang of each universe being the same infinate point.

Principals of the metaphysical say this...You are not only everywhere within the brane, within the universe that you occupy, your soul, what makes you up beyond the physical also is interdimensional , which means the consciousness that makes you up, which is your real self, the real self that is the see'r, the perceiver of the universe, has access to shift to other dimentions and other experiences. You may not believe this but you are shifting in dimentions and universes continuously and you don't even realise it and yes your body exists on this brane, but there are infinate branes and infinate timelines. You might want to compare the time lines to railroad tracks and there are infinate numbers of them. You are making choices all the time but you are unaware that there are other parts of your soul that decide to do other things on their own time line or track. When you decide something you choose what universe you want to shift your consciousness to, what time line you want to experience, and in reality because there are infinate numbers of time lines, infinate branes all occupy the same space and time, interwoven and penetrating in each other. The consciousness, the real you makes a choice so that you, that you percieve, the ego you, experiences that choice, but the higher you also went along another time line.
Some time lines resemble the one your in now exactly and remember you exist in all of them, your soul is experiencing everything that is one reason why a part of your soul can go on a certain choice and then experience the pain of that choice, then the part of you will come back to you, that higher part of you and say ' you don't want to experience that again i've already done it!' and it will give you a hunch or a gut feeling that says 'I really don't want to go down that path' and so you choose a different path. We come back in our higherselves in many ways to help ourselves to evolve, we help ourselves. So all these parallel time lines, all of these multiple dimentions exist simultaneously and what you are doing at every conscious moment of your egos perspective is you are shifting tracks with every decision you make and you are unaware of it. We are interdimentional, we shift tracks all the time. You are shifting branes and thats because what you really are is not matter and energy that is connected to the brane, the true self, the primal thought,...I am going to digress..

This is where you can comprehend where you are beyond the physical. You think of a thought, maybe you move your hand, maybe you move your body in a certain way, and that movement is a reaction of the brain, but didn't start in the brain! There is a higher part of you that has the first thought that causes the brain to be stimulated which then moves your body...Your higher self is with you all the time, but it's not your physical body, your physical body is a tool or a vehicle of the higher self and that higher self can shift dimentions because it's not tied to any particular physical plane , or physical brain or physical universe. You are interdimentional and not aware of it.

I hope this helps bring you into perspective. This is the metaphysical aspect , the beyond the physics of the physics! The brane aspect and the multiple universe aspect is the physical physics aspect. What i just described is the highet self, the thinker behind the thinker, that we can't tangably touch, that exists beyond all the universes is the metaphysics that i was just writing about.So together it paints a picture of a self, the higher self that is experiencing multiple universes simultaneously.

I know i have gone on abit on here but i have tried to make it easy to understand...or have i not done a good job lol ekkkyyy!!!!

Sister i thank you for this posting, Although i have never read his works, it just goes to show, all paths, eventually lead to the same conclusions.

Although there are differences, the essence of what is written is similar. And i am no scientist, by any stretch of the imagination. Yet i have drawn conclusions to some of of the greatest minds in the world.

As i imagine we all have at one point or another.

Speaking with our guides, looking within, and being open to what information is given to us, will eventually, lead us to our final destination,

What ever that destination may be.
