Ahhhh!!!!! The Bliss Junkies!!!!….There are lots of them out there…so many people searching for .. Bliss bliss bliss !!!! Please everywhere bliss!!!!
It’s like sex , drugs and rock’n’roll , you just can’t get enough of addictions to bliss. Maybe it’s not that way for everyone, whatever your addiction is.. eg chocolate ice cream, wine, etc.
How do you find bliss?
What is your Bliss junkie manifestation?
Everyone wants to be in bliss 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No one wants to feel anything else. But as I talked about in another post different emotions are just passing weather…even bliss is passing weather. It’s a sunny day compared to a cloudy day and maybe as time goes on and you get very good at controlling your own thoughts which in turn triggers emotions, when you become more adapt at controlling your thought to always being in a happy zone and perhaps maybe being non judgemental is a big step in that direction…once you can do this you can have bliss more often.
What kills bliss is judgement, negative thoughts, being controlling, falling asleep and forgetting who you really are….. Those are Bliss killers for sure. If you are not in bliss 24 hours a day 7 days a week…let it be alright…. Who cares… It’s not about being in bliss all the time. Wanting to be in bliss all the time is the language of a junkie. Wanting to always be happy, always be peaceful, always be ‘zen’ … hey you know there is a little excitement in having various emotions. If you are always the same, all the time it might not be a very interesting life. The emotional body is part of the human experience, part of the adventure. If it was that easy to control human emotions and the human thoughts then every body would have past their finals long ago and been out of here.
So don’t be a bliss junkie be a reality junkie… what’s really real… Is this a bad moment? If it is a bad moment then let it be a bad moment, you don’t have to be in denial or pretend, as long as you have not bought the past or the future into the moment. I always say if it’s a bad moment and your feeling anger.. meet it….meet it fully don’t be in denial.. If your feeling sadness in that moment.. meet it don’t be in denial. You might learn the trick of being able to change your thoughts and therefore change your emotions and ‘zap’ your out of there, out of the negative zone, but that is not what that is for otherwise your going to be missing particular growth experiences and lessons that you could have.
When you are feeling a negative emotion meet it fully, meet the challenge, ask what is this that is here in this moment now… What is this about? Feel the texture of it, feel the energy of it. This is just raw material.. You can decide whether it is good or bad, or you could ignore if it is good or bad ad explore it and experience it and see what it has to offer you.
Everything that comes up in your reality, everything that comes to your attention has something to offer you. Bliss is obvious what it has to offer you… not bliss might not be so obvious what it has to offer you, but in the long run meeting that challenge, exploring what that is will create more chances to have more bliss.
