hello whitelighter have down loaded this thank you tried once listening to it, ill have to say did get abit scared thought i would go floating or would not wake up but i am going to try again sounds really good to just let yourself go like Paul Mckenna says in this trance thank you for posting this xx angel xx ps sadie x

In your post you expressed your concerns, saying that on once listening to the program that you got a bit scared. Did you know that as babies we are born with only two fears? The fear of falling, and loud noise. Everything else in life we learn.

So let me ask you this question. How do you know that during this eye's closed process that you are going to float off and not wake up?

Now as for your worries about floating off and not being able to wake up during a trance state. You have been going in and out of trance states all of your life. We all do and it's a natural process that happens all by itself. As natural as sleeping and waking, as night and day. When we go to bed at night and begin to relax and find ourselves drifting off, have you noticed that sweet comfortable feeling? That is a trance state. And in the morning we wake up without knowing how.

During trance we never loose complete conciseness. At first it just feels like deep relaxation. And it's a kind of day dreaming state where there is nothing that we have to do. Hello whitelighter i have read your post thank you don't know if you would know but the reason i thought i would not wake up or go floating may sound silly but many many times my dreams take me in to somewhere i don't want to be its really weird one minute im awake the next im being took in to a dream or whatever happens and can be very scary as i try to get out off them and i cant im calling for help but noone hears me, haven't had this for along time so this is why i thought the trance might do the same . I am going to be listening to it again tho as i tryed a second time but my ipod cut out does sound very relaxing have a nice day x angel x
