I have spent many years developing my abilities in magic by studying all aspects of the Magical Arts, Mystical and Spiritual Development, Herbalism , Meditation and much more. I love what I do, it is who I am. I live and breath this with a passion. My goal in life is to work hard to help all find spiritual peace. To me magic is within our bodies as well as within herbs, stones and other natural products of the Earth Mother. Magical power is the power of life itself.
In herbal magic, or any from of magic, we must raise and release this energy within us. There are many methods used to accomplish this. One of the most effective ways is through your emotions.
Why do magic I hear you all ask? Usually it is because of a need. If you need and want something badly enough, your personal power will be focused towards that purpose. In using incenses, powders, oils etc you are using the powers within the herbs, essential oils and also the empowerment placed within these ingredients by yourself before you work with them. In lighting a candle, incense etc, you light it with that power also.
How does it work? From the moment you select the incense, oil etc to be used to the time you light a candle, have a bath, rub the ointment in, you are powers in motion. Through your concentration on the goal you are sending power, for concentration is power!
As you light a candle rubbed with the energy packed oil, herbs etc that you choose, still visualise what you require. You are sending energy into the universe from the candle but also from yourself, from the store of personal power that sustains our lives.
The incense smoke sets the atmosphere, sending out showers of vibrations relating to the incense used, these are absorbed into the atmosphere just as your concentration is absorbed.
If you are using a candle, as the candle burns, the power you have concentrated within is slowly released through the help of the flame. Wax is transformed from solid into liquid and a gas, a miraculous process in and of itself. At the same time, the energy and power you have poured into the candle is released and speeds on its way.
In magical Herbalism we use the powers within the plants to manifest needed changes. Herbs do indeed contain energies that we can use to improve our lives.

which never comes off my neck, ive gotten a few sideways glances re- my pentacle ;D but im not bothered , i suffered sleep paralysis for years and i must say sine i began wearing the pentacle i have had only 2 attacks , 2 too many but still its alot better than it was prior to me receiving the gift of the pentacle .
