This is on TV tomorrow,BBC 1 at 8.30pm. I will definitely be watching,it looks interesting,I love all things Egyptian.Its amazing how much more they have found and its believed there are 1000s of other settlements along the Nile River yet to be discovered. Thanks for posting. Suzy

Thanks for the post. I also read about this. I don't think we still yet have a clue as what is yet to be discovered in Egypt not to mention other lost civilizations. Be sure and post if you find any additional information as I find this quite interesting!

The programme was so good,it was amazing to see just whats been laying under the sand for thousands of years. They found new pyramids and cities never discovered before, I will follow this and post again if theres any more exciting news.

Hi deany,it was called Egypt's Lost Cities, well worth a watch,you can watch it for the next few days on bbc i player. The satellite and infra-red technology they use is amazing,you can actually see the buildings and roads.
I really enjoyed the documentary.
