I read that if you meditate and concentrate on your ajna chakra you can open your third eye faster. Sometimes when I meditate on my third eye, I feel a little pressure there. Is this a good sign? How many minutes should I meditate? Many blesssings.

Meditation on this chakra is very good to help open your 'third' eye. Meditations and length of time you meditate is pretty much up to you and what you are comfortable with.
If you are new to meditation in this area I recommend using a candle. It may be white (White:The Balance of all colors: Spiritual enlightenment, cleansing, clairvoyance, healing, truth-seeking, purity, innocence, clarity and unity, Dawn, purification, peace, truth, protection, spirituality, General work, cleansing, repels negativity; use to bring peace, spiritual strength, truth, purity; heals emotions, and provides protection.). It is the color I use as stated, it encompasses balance.
I would start with getting the area ready for where you choose to meditate which can be anywhere iin your home that you go for quiet time. I usually turn out all lights and just have the candle to meditate with, but you may prefer having a dim light and it will work just as well.
Start your meditation with some deep slow breathing exercises to clear the mind and body. Then just focus on the candle flame. This may take some time so maybe start with five minutes and work your way up to longer periods. Clearing the mind of all thought is the key to allow the third eye to deliver its messages.
Using the third eye can give messages in so many ways. you may get visuals, numbers or words or even feelings. I journal mine when I am done, for sometimes the messages are not understood or may become more clear to you in another meditation session.
As you become more comfortable with this type of meditation you might find yourself going into a trance like feeling. This is fine, as this is reaching deep into your mind's eye and allowing yourself to receive any messages that is meant for you.
At some point in time with this type of meditation there may come a time when the candle is no longer necessary and you will be able to go into this trance-like level just by deep breathing and focus.
This type of meditation was taught to me many years ago to help with focus and controlling the silencing of the mind, as the mind sometimes is hard to control to keep silent.
I also add a bit of soft instrumental background music or nature sounds to help me relax and get into the mood for meditation.

3-4 weeks ago I was thinking a lot about my third eye, how to open it faster. In that period I saw little orbs more times a day. They were my spirit guides or other kind of spirits? Thank you very much.
